Daily and Weekly Schedules
The schedule at the Conference is very full, but there are some times that offer flexibility regarding whether to play or do other activities.
Of course, if you are a coached participant, you are needed at all scheduled events pertaining to your coached groups (coaching sessions, Sunday evening reading session, and week 1 rehearsals). And, because Sundays are complicated with departures and arrivals, it’s important to stick to that day’s timing (in advance of the Conference, all attendees will receive detailed information about the logistics of Sunday arrival). Otherwise, you are free to fill up your schedule with as much free play as you like!
